Helping customers and partners to strengthen essential skills
As an expert in smart and sustainable resource management, SUEZ supports its customers and partners in their efforts to strengthen their skills by providing them with mechanisms for the transfer of knowledge and innovative monitoring mechanisms. We are convinced that to meet today's challenges, we must work to make sure that everyone is able to develop and share their own skills and knowledge to act effectively. Therefore, we attach a particular importance on innovation, on knowledge spreading but also sharing.

Sharing skills with education and training organizations
Since its creation in 2011, the Executive ParisTech Master’s Degree Program "SUEZ – Water for All" has awarded 150 diplomas. We’ve supported students in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) and Kampala (Uganda), as part of the "Social Responsibility and Access to Essential Services" module organized together with the GRET, to share ideas with locals about their water service approach in informal settlements.
WIKTI® (Water International Knowledge Transfer Initiative) was developed by us and used in 19 countries, to transfer all of our skills and knowledge in the fields of water and sanitation. It helps operators of water and sanitation services to improve their effectiveness where they underperform.
A knowledge and expertise transfer center in China
The Environmental Science and Engineering Experiment & Practice Educational Laboratory, opened in 2009 by SUEZ and its partner, the University of Tsinghua, has the best equipment and the most sophisticated instruments. It trains students on the road to becoming future experts in China's environmental industry.
