David Chen has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in SUEZ Asia since 2013 in charge of full spectrum of HR matters across all business areas in Asia. Key HR functions under his leadership include Center of Expertise which consists of Talent Management and Organization Development, Compensation and Benefits; HR Shared Service Center which manages transactional tasks in an employee's life cycle such as payroll and social benefits; and HR Business Partnering team that works closely with business managers and employees all over Asia to provide value added support.
As a member of SUEZ Asia Executive Committee and SUEZ Group HR Executive Committee, he focuses on formulating and driving organizational and talent development strategies that support business growth in the region, participation in key decision making as well as transformation of the whole organization and HR function.
Prior to joining SUEZ in 2011 he has worked for over 20 years with different international companies in HR and sales management roles.
David holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Peking University.
